Captain Chris Renner and Chef / Mate Sarah Lindsey, husband & wife team, have established their reputation as top-notch charter crew with years of successful charters on sailing yachts from 50 to 70 feet.  Now, they are very pleased to welcome you aboard their new command.  More space, more luxury and the same great crew!

Chris holds a US Coast Guard Master’s license and has worked more than a decade as a professional yachtsman. He grew up in Massachusetts and completed school there before embarking upon his maritime career.  He also has a private pilot’s license.

Chris has made many passages all along the Eastern Seaboard and spent considerable time in warmer waters farther south. A PADI certified open-water diver, he captained several Virgin Island excursion vessels specializing in snorkeling trips. During his years in the islands, Chris developed a secret recipe for a wicked rum punch and other tropical cocktails.  Entertaining guests is one of his favorite aspects of being a charter captain.

Chef / Mate Sarah Lindsey

Like her husband, Sarah is a natural host. She is a talented and creative cook who takes great pleasure in creating varied menus brimming with fresh flavors and international accents. Sarah worked in a number of restaurants in New York City and the Boston area and served as the concierge of a well-known eco-resort in the Virgin Islands before joining Chris on charter yachts five years ago.

Originally from Texas, Sarah earned a BFA in acting from the Tisch School of the Arts, a part of New York University.  Sarah is an avid traveler who enjoys seeking out local museums and other cultural institutions as well as attending the theater whenever possible.  Like Chris, she holds a PADI open-water diving certificate.
