Jonathon Davis With experience as both a charterer and a charteree, he knows the needs of his onboard guests - often before they do! Jonathon has extensive knowledge of many seaports from his own travels in the Caribbean, the Med, East Coast and West Coast of the USA and everywhere in between. He thoroughly enjoys water sports especially kite-boarding, diving, wakeboarding and snorkeling. He is happy to teach any or all of the above. Chef: Kim Hogan Kim is
a twenty-five year old native Houstonian. Growing up in Texas, her family - mother, father, and younger sister
- spent their leisure time with relatives and friends on the water. Besides her love
of water sports, Kim also enjoys cooking, children, and animals. Since
finishing school, Kim has pursued service oriented
careers, including retail management, and found her true calling in the
restaurant industry. Working in Landry’s
Restaurants for the past six years has proved to be a great training ground for becoming the chef on Blue Moon.
Kim's versatile menus are based on the freshest, highest quality
ingredients, prepared and presented with her creative touch.
