Captain: Jonathon Davis Chef: Kim Hogan Kim is a twenty-five year old native Houstonian. Growing up in Texas, her family - mother, father, and younger sister - spent their leisure time with relatives and friends on the water. Besides her love of water sports, Kim also enjoys cooking, children, and animals. Since finishing school, Kim has pursued service oriented careers, including retail management, and found her true calling in the restaurant industry. Working in Landry’s Restaurants for the past six years has proved to be a great training ground for becoming the chef on Blue Moon. Kim's versatile menus are based on the freshest, highest quality ingredients, prepared and presented with her creative touch.
